Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We wish to welcome all of our dear brothers and sisters from every country to the shores of the land
of Shri Krishna for a grand celebration of Diwali Puja with Our Holy Mother. This website has
been created to facilitate your travel.

At this time of great turmoil in the world, it is extremely impoprtant that the Sahaja Sangha
gather in collective joy and celebrate the presence of positivity and divinity on the earth!
We, the Sahaja Yogis of the Age of Satya Yuga can never be cowed by negativity, so let us
gather together at the feet of Shri Mataji to light the lamps to dispel the darkness,
and to emit the light of love to all people everywhere!
Important Venue Update
With Shri Mataj's Blessings the Puja will now be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel at Ventura Beach.
Accomodation will be in comfortable shared hotel rooms
from Friday afternoon thru to Monday after breakfast, with an average of 4 people to
a room and in some cases 5 to include children. All rooms have a bathroom, tea-making
equipment and ironing facilities. Rooms have two double beds, and so some people may
prefer to sleep on the floor so it would be advisable to bring sleeping bags anyway.
Rooms will be allotted upon registration at the resort according to arrival
and departure dates. Please do not register individually. Only register at the
Sahaja Yoga Registration counter upon reaching the hotel.
As this is an indoor venue here will no longer be a need for lots of warm clothing,
however it will still be cool and windy by the sea and you will need to bring
something warm for the Saturday evening marriage ceremonies which will take
place outdoors.
For those arriving on Thursday, rooms will be available for an EXTRA charge of
$22 per person with a 4-person occupancy. For those wanting a room with reduced
occupancy, the room will be charged EXTRA on top of the Puja contribution at
$63 per night for single person occupancy, $43 per night for two person occupancy
and $19 per night for three person occupancy. It is important that we receive
numbers of people coming IN ADVANCE to allow us to book the right number of
rooms. All Puja contributions and extra room charges should be paid in CASH
and in USD only.
All meals will be served within the resort and we will have full useage of
the ground-floor ballroom for our morning meditations, during the day and
of course for the evening programmes and Puja. There is an outdoor swimming
pool and the resort is right on the beachfront overlooking the sea. S
o it will be open air footsoaks and beach walks for everyone !

Transportation:
There will be no direct pickups at LAX for this Puja due to the congestion caused by heightened
security. People will need to take the Van Nuys Flyaway Bus(which departs from green bus stops
on the lower level of every LAX terminal) to the Flyaway Bus Terminal in Van Nuys. We will take
people to the Puja site from there.
Bus Schedules:
- 5:30am to Midnight...Every 30 minutes.
- Midnight to 5:30am...12:15, 12:30, 1:15, 2:15, 2:45, 3:30, 4:15, 4:45.
Cost is $3.50 one way for Adults, Children 2-12 yrs $1.75, Under 2 yrs free. We will have buses
for the return trip from the Puja site to LAX. People who are going to use the Flyaway Bus
and/or the bus for the return trip to LAX should let us know by filling out
"Pick Up Request",
so we can make the necessary arrangemants. You may also send e-mails to

Collective Flights:
If you are part of any organized group flight, please DO NOT send an email INDIVIDUALLY.
Only the flight organizer is asked to contact us; otherwise we get double-bookings.
By wearing a Sahaja Yoga badge, we will find each other more easily at the Van Nuys Fly Away.
