Please note that there will be substantial work to construct the marriage pendal and grounds. All available people, in partiuclar men, should be attentive to requests made for helpers over the weekend especially on Saturday.

It's not too late to pre-register for Navaratri Puja in LA. We have extended the pre-registration deadline to Oct. 17th at 8 pm Pacific time. Related payments for these yogis must be received in Seattle by Tuesday, Oct. 19th. If these deadlines are not possible for you or your collective, then you should register onsite in LA.

If you pre-register, your room key and meal vouchers will be waiting for you and you can avoid waiting in a long line when you arrive.

Onsite registration with the host country registration team on a limited basis will also be possible. Please do not call the hotel to reserve a room for Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

People arriving early and departing late will be able to stay at the Sheraton on Thursday and Monday night at the rate of $83 per night per room. For this they should contact the hotel directly and reserve a room themselves.

Registrations for the Josepho Camp and for Shuttle transport to the Camp will also be made at the Sheraton Hotel Reception by SY teams for those wishing to stay at the camp between Pujas.

New US immigration regulations are entering into force, which will require all those who are eligible for the visa waiver facility to have an electronically readable passport (identified by the series of arrows on the information page <<<<<<<). Check that you are covered before travelling to USA.

Parking at the hotel is an additional $8.00 per day. The parking will be in the AMPCO lot behind the hotel. Please pay the extra charge directly to the hotel. Please also note that a parking pass for the duration of stay paid through the hotel can be obtained at the front desk.
