Medical Research on Sahaja Yoga Meditation

In February, 2002, the world's leading asthma research journal, Thorax, published a scientific article describing the benefits of sahaja yoga for people with asthma. This is the result of a scientific trial of sahaja yoga at a highly respected asthma research institution in Australia which began in 1997 and finished in 1999.

| Sydney, Australia: Last Friday a segment on the Sahaja Yoga Meditation research program was broadcast on the ABC News at 7pm. This was an extremely positive story and portrayed Sahaja Yoga in an extremely positive light.
A further segment will be broadcast on the Today Show, Channel 9 Tuesday, February 26th at 8:10 AM.
