Dear brothers and sisters,
Om twamewa sakshat Shri Ganesha sakshat Shri Adi Shakti Mataji Shri Nirmala
Devi namoh namah.
We would like to invite you to adopt as your global project the following
proposal. Individual yoginis and yogis may share their views in the context
of the collaborative mechanism suggested below.
1. Background
The 21st March 2013 shall mark the 90th anniversary of the birth of the
Great Avatar of Shri Adi Shakti, our beloved Divine Mother Shri Mataji
Nirmala Devi. The sangha would wish to express its gratitude through a
worthy celebration and to this effect we would like to propose to your
consideration and approval the following six month project. Its purpose is
simply to provide a framework in which the initiatives and commitment of
everyone can be expressed and coordinated.
2. Content of the Project
The International Birthday Puja shall take place in India. Close to the
event, the International Shiva and Easter pujas shall also provide
occasions for a celebration segment.
Leading to this date the sangha will undertake a series of activities and
events to honor Shri Mataji at global, regional (Africa, Americas, Asia,
Australia/Oceania, Europe) and national levels.
At each of these levels, free initiatives will be encouraged within the
framework of the project concept approved by the Project Team.
These can include such proposals as:
- information campaign,
- (yuva) realization tours,
- thematic symposium,
- special events,
- synchronized meditation
- concerts,
- Etc...
3. Tentative schedule
- By 15 October National Councils willing to join have identified
and communicated the name of a representative for Global 90 Years Project
to coordination@90years.org and the said representative has communicated a
first feedback in the light of the above. The representatives and a few
technical advisers constitute thus the 90 Years Project Team.
- By 30 October the Team has selected the coordinator. It has also
formulated and circulated the Project's concept. The overarching theme
proposed for consideration is: A genuine change paradigm for the Third
Millennium.
- 1st November-21st March 2013, operational phase.
We are grateful for your early attention and follow up to these lines. If
you so agree, 90 Years Project shall be your project, the global project of
the sangha.
