It started from Genoa (a town very closed to Cabella) and now is spreading all over in other places.
Giving realisation through theatre is one of the best ways to interact with people and make them comfortable with the message of Sahaja Yoga. Therefore,
if the show is outdoor in a park, it is more beautiful because people perceive
the magical atmosphere better that only yogis joining and working together
can create!
“The Princess in the Garden of the Seven Flowers” is a brief performance
lasting about half an hour where poetry and storytelling, acting and dance
are nicely combined to explain how the subtle system works. Around the path
of the seven flowers (very big and made by colourful fabric) the actors exhibit
and dance all the qualities of the chakra while the princess of the garden, “who
was born of the love of the Divine Mother”, shapes their transformation.
Kundalini
is sweet in her long white dress blowing in the ears of the screamer or joining
the hands of the rebels. She is also strong throwing away the pendants
of the false guru or pushing down the horrible monster of the non existent
fears. The music follows all the quick changes in the script and it is a real
meditation
since invites the kundalini of the seekers to start to awake, flowing and
moving at the same time with the kundalini of the actors.
The audience sitting
all
around on the grass often receives flower petals in the hands or glitter
powder blown in the air. At the end we come up to the Sahasrara showing a
dance made
of simple steps and movements of the arm with coloured ribbons on the wrists.
All the petals fly around the princess in circle, then having namaskar.
At this moment the attention is very high, so everybody is invited to have
the experience to feel the cool breeze; the actors help them to rise up their
kundalini mixing among and being sociable if they have any request. Also we
did this theatre in an international school at the final class party for parents
and children from 9 years and up, and in the street in an Art gallery during
a parade of the historical center. We are finding this way of communication
very efficient and interesting to attract people.
Before giving the performance we meditate and ask our Mother to support us
since we are Her channels of joy and enlightenment, and everybody must see
that in our eyes.
All the work for the preparation of the show can be done in few weeks and
is very powerful in helping the collectivity to grow and establish more connection
between us. It is funny, you share many enjoyable moments together…and
after all you give many Realisations!
