As you all are aware, India's famous Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra had been carried out on Ist July, 2003. Though such yatras are carried
out at various places through out the country, the yatras at Puri and Ahmedabad have their own importance. Lakhs of devotees take part in these yatras.

Lord Jagannath Yatra
Just three days before Yatra, we were discussing about organizing public programmes
to spread sahaja yoga. One of the Sahajis from Ahmedabad expressed desire to
organize Prabhat Pheris (Sahaj Yatra/ Morning Procession). It was agreed upon
by all of us. Since it was a true desire, Maha Chaitnya started playing its
own role. We could never imagine that we shall get a chance to participate
in this reputed yatra. On the same day we expressed the pure desire for organizing
morning processions, one of the organizers for the yatra agreed to include
Sahaja Yoga as one of the themes during the procession.

Sahaja Yoga in the Yatra
There were a total of 12 elephants, 98 trucks, 38 akhadas and 25 bhajan
mandlis during the procession. The yatra started at 5AM and lasted at 7PM.
We were also allotted a truck at serial number 41. The truck was decorated
with Sahaj Yoga banners and a chart of human subtle body on all three sides.
This was accompanied by sahajis during the 30 Km long procession in Ahmedabad
city.Pamphlets and Parshad ( vibrated sprouted moong) was distributed among
the devotees during the procession. Some of the yatra photographs are attached.
The people were curious to know about sahaja yoga. They were explained about
the benefits of sahaja yoga in our daily life. Literature and contact addresses
of the centres along with phone numbers were given. We have already started
getting a number of queries about sahaja yoga.

Truck Decorated with Banners and Chart
The miracle of sahaja yoga can be seen in the photo above where
an aura of maha chaitnya could be seen near the subtle body chart. This all
could be possible by grace of Shri Mata Ji. The programme is a witness that
a true desire is always blessed by Shri Adi Shakti.
Let us pray that we get only a true desire to spread sahaja yoga all over
the world. The rest will automatically come true.
