CONTRIBUTION RS. 500/- per head for staying and food for three days.
ACCOMMODATION Bedding will be provided, all brothers and sisters are requested
to bring their own bed sheets and pillow covers.
TRANSPORT Chandigarh has direct trains form Delhi, Mumbai, Jodhpur, Howrah
and Lucknow. Most of the trains going to Amritsar and Jammu Tawi pass through
Ambala Cantt. Chandigarh is 50 Kms from Ambala and is well connected by road.
Bus service to Chandigarh from Ambala is available after every 10-15 minutes.
Auto-rickshaw / cycle rickshaw / local buses / taxis are available from Chandigarh
Railway station and Bus stand for seminar venue. If required and informed in
time, the Reception Committee can receive the Sahajis arriving in-groups.

An All India Level Workshop cum Seminar has been finalised to be held on 26th,
27th and 28th September 2003 at Chandigarh for Yuva Shakti of India.
This has approval from the National Sahaja Yoga Centre, Delhi. It is essential
for Yuva Shakti Leaders of each centre/city to attend this event. State/City/Centre
leaders are requested to send as many Yuva Shakti as they can. For Yuva Shakti
girls, a proper and separate arrangement will be made for stay and transport.
Proper safety and security is guaranteed from the time they land in Chandigarh.
The theme of the workshop cum seminar shall be " Self Growth in SAHAJA
YOGA ". This is a unique seminar in which food will be cooked and served
by Sahaja Yogis themselves.
Centres are requested to prepare one presentation (bhajan / qawalli / skit,
etc.) for the seminar. The details of the presentations must be sent at the
correspondence address by 15th August 2003.
Kindly send your consent through your City / Centre / State leader latest by
15th August 2003.
All advance payments must be sent by draft in the name of 'Nirmal Jeevan' payable
at Chandigarh, latest by 30th August 2003.
All Yuva Shakti are requested to attend this seminar. Your participation will
