We are looking for dedicated Sahaja Yogis and Yoginis, who understand the great importance of Sahaj education for our children, to fill the openings of three Dorm Aunties and one Teacher for the spring term of CSS. This is an opportunity to take part in the fulfillment of one of Shri Mataji ’s great visions for the land of the Vishuddhi (Shri Mataji was extremely pleased to hear of the start of CSS last September). This is a chance to really make a difference not only for our children but for the future of America and the world.
Dorm. Aunties:
Applicants should enjoy working with children and should be willing to give them the love of both a father and mother by providing love and guidance. Duties would include cooking, cleaning, supervising play time and meals, leading meditations and footsoaks, occasionally instructing children in areas of personal interest, and looking after one bedroom of children for naptime and bedtime.
US citizens would receive room and board plus monthly compensation. Non-US citizens would be working as volunteers with their plane ticket, travel health insurance, room, and board covered by the school. For communication purposes basic English is a must. We would be especially pleased to have applicants who have already worked at the Sahaj Schools in Rome and Borodin.
Teacher:
We are also looking for a Yogi or Yogini to fill the role of a Teacher at the school. Teacher qualifications are not necessary although experience working with children is. As a teacher at the school you will be taking part in all aspects of looking after the children’s welfare including such duties as supervising play time and meals, and leading meditations and footsoaks. Applicants should be comfortable teaching children from grades pre-k to three in all subjects. Good competency in both spoken and written English is a must.
Salary will be discussed with the applicant at the time of interview.
All positions will commence on March 7th and end on July 5th (although the teaching position has the possibility of becoming a permanent position).
