It gives us immense pleasure to share the joy and bliss of our Divine Mother on the Delhi Collectivity of witnessing a public program, which marked a memorable event, by giving Self Realization to almost Ten Thousand seekers.
Public program was held at Lovely Public School , Priyadarshini Vihar , Laxmi Nagar, Delhi , India on 2 nd October 2005 at 6:15 p.m.
Publicity
Every area in the eastern part of the city were full of wall posters & Hoardings showing this major event happening in the Laxmi Nagar. Around 3,000 posters & 45 Hoardings were displayed on the streets and around 1 ,00,000 pamphlets were distributes by Sahaja Yogis.
Market Realisation
To spread the news about Sahaja Yoga Public Program, realization program were held in the surrounding busy market areas for a week before the public program. There was lot of enthusiasm shown by the new seekers. In the stall, more than 5,000 people got message about program.
Auto Rally
An auto rally was organized on 1 st October 2005 to bring the attention of the people in the surrounding areas. There were around 200 Sahaja Yogis in their vehicles covering the nearby areas where the public program was being organized.
Prabhat Pheri
It was proposed to have Sahaj Pheri (A Procession) in the surrounding areas on the afternoon of the public program day. Being a national holiday due to Mahatma Gandhi's Birthday, there were lot of Sahaj Yogis attending both the Sahaj Pheri and the Public Program. Our divine mother's photo decorated in a chariot was the main attraction of this successful program.
Public Program
Program began with bhajans by Delhi Music Group followed by the introduction to Sahaja Yoga. A video CD of Shri Mataji talking about Sahaja Yoga was played.
When it was asked to raise the hands those people who had experienced the 'Cool breeze', almost every one had raised their hands.
After the Public Program follow up programs were organized for the seekers.
