We all are witness to the amazing ways in which Param Pujya Shri Mataji's Love works out the spreading of the unique gift of Self Realisation to all the strata of the society. What we can see as continued Blessings flowing from Shri Mataji's Lotus Feet, several new Sahaja Yoga programmes for newcomers got underway in sprawling 15 million strong metropolis of Delhi recently. With a difference.
Shaktis to the fore : Sahaja Yoginis prepare and lead in the run-up to a huge programme
In Delhi it has been decided to hold, (in addition to smaller introductory Self-Realisation programmes), bigger programmes on a regular basis. For this purpose Delhi has been demarcated into 4 parts: North, South, East & West. The idea is that through wide publicity all the people living in Delhi are repeatedly given the message of Shri Mataji’s Coming and Her unique gifts of Kundalini awakening and Self Realisation on a mass scale, in the same way as we did when every year Shri Mataji granted Self Realisation en masse in the grand public programmes during Her visits.
Last month another such magnificent Public Programme was conducted in West Delhi which was attended by approximately 7000 people out of which around 3000+ were new seekers. The uniqueness of this programme was that it was planned, led & conducted by an all-women team of Sahaja Yogis from West Delhi who tirelessly worked for almost about a month distributing Sahaja pamphlets door to door, putting up Posters and Hoardings in different colonies. Then all Sahaja Yogis joined in and took out an impressive Car Rally with about 100 cars and with 4 Auto Rickshaws playing Sahaja Bhajans on Loud Speakers and announcing the Sahaja Yoga Programme the following day. Also as a part of the publicity, a procession was taken out on the morning of the programme, in which a large Photograph of Parampujya Shri Mataji was placed in the Majestic & nicely decorated horse-drawn carriage. A traditional band party on foot preceded the carriage, followed by around 400-500 Sahaja Yogis women, men and children carrying placards with quotations from the Mother’s divine words and Sahaja Posters.
Sharing the benefits of Sahaja Yoga with the Police personnel and others
1.A Sahaja Yoga programme is being conducted on a daily basis for all the Policemen of Delhi North-East District. Under this programme, all the policemen of this district will get a chance to attend Sahaja Yoga Meditation for 1 hour each day, for a week, in batches of 40. In the course of the programme they receive their Self Realisation, and each day they are able to watch Shri Mataji's Speeches on Video & meditate .They are also encouraged to meditate at home.
This Programme has been initiated officially on the request of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Delhi-North East) [covering about 12 police stations, responsible for a population of some 2 million+]. The need had been felt to reduce the stress levels of the policemen owing to serving long hours at a high-pressure job. The entire workforce of 1500+ of this district initially is intended to be covered progressively and later on other districts are also likely to join on the basis of feedback received from these policemen.
Three weeks into the programme, the participants covered so far have felt the benefits and have started recommending Sahaja Yoga to their colleagues. They have acknowledged to their senior officers that their stress level has come down. One of the participants also reported that he felt completely relieved of a persistent pain in the back which earlier even made it difficult for him to sit.
2. Another programme of Sahaja Yoga Meditation was conducted at the Delhi Police Home Guards Parade Ground on the request of the Director General of Police(Home Guards) where around 800 Home Guards, who assist Delhi Police Force in maintaining Law and order in the city, attended the Sahaja Meditation and got their Realisation. Immediately after the Meditation, the senior officers of the unit requested the Sahaja yogis to conduct at least three more such programmes out of which one programme will be exclusively for women Home Guards in the coming week.
3. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is being conducted by Sahaja Yogi employees of the East Delhi District Courts, Karkardooma, for 1 hr every day for The Honorable Senior Judges of the Court, and a special permission to hold Sahaja Yoga Meditation for all the Court staff has been granted in the coming week. This court is one of the four district courts in Delhi in which every day about 1000 cases are taken up and around 10,000 people turn up daily from all walks of life to seek justice.
Seeking to spread the Holy Message Wider, in all directions
A joint team of young Sahaja Yogi working professionals from Delhi as well as the neighbouring Noida and Gurgaon has been formed which is busy sending introductory letters and Pamphlets of Sahaja Yoga to various Multi National Companies, other Corporates, Organizations, Offices, Schools and Colleges to spread the message of our Divine Mother. The response has been phenomenal. So far about 3,000 employees of various reputed companies have got their Realisation (like HCL Technologies, Honeywell, Xansa, RMSI, In Telecom, Reliance, Airtel, Zee Network etc. where Sahaja Meditation is being conducted on regular or on one-time basis). Similarly about 40 schools and colleges have been covered in which about 2000 students have been given realization and many of them have become regulars.
Self Realisation in the public parks in the mornings and evenings and Market Realisation
This is summer season in Delhi, and generally common people get up early mornings and go to local public parks for walks. Several teams of Sahaja Yogis have been formed who are conducting informal Sahaja Yoga introductory programmes everyday morning and evening in the Parks for the benefit of common people. This has proved to be a very simple & effective way to give Self Realisation on one-to-one basis to seekers and spread Sahaj Yoga throughout Delhi and adjoining areas.
In addition, another informal but effective programme devised for seekers has been run regularly for a long time referred as “Market Realisation”. Sahaj kiosks are put up in the evening at a number of Local Shopping areas and Markets where pamphlets introducing Sahaja Yoga are distributed and announcements are made on Loudspeakers. Persons passing-by are invited to receive the blessings of our Holy Mother through Kundalini Awakening & Self Realisation.
We have, all over the world, been witness to the miraculous working of Shri Mataji's love and Her unique gift of Kundalini Awakening & Self Realisation, and how it transforms human beings. It is our most humble prayer at our Divine Mother's Lotus Feet, that She gives us the Wisdom and Guides us to spread this message of Her Love, throughout our societies and to all HER children in the WORLD.
