8-13 MAY, 2006: We are happy to announce that for the second time the Sahaja Yogis from Bulgaria were able to spread our Mother’s divine message at the International Fair of Plovdiv. This is a Consumer goods & Technologies exhibition which history goes more than a hundred years back.
After a powerful Sahasrara Puja seminar in a nearby town we went to decorate the stand. Vibrations were amazing and our joy was increased because yogis from many other Bulgarian centres readily joined hands to help. After all to work collectively is such joy, isn’t it?
We could hardly wait for the official opening to be over - all of us were eager to meet the seekers. And here they came! Sometimes in dosens, sometimes individually people from all walks of life formed an inceasing flow of visitors to our stand. As to it, it was situated in the corner of one of the pavilions so almost everyone was passing by the smiling face of Shri Mataji! Our stand seemed to be a small haven of peace where people were stopping in hope to have a few minutes of rest from the wild rat race. Their faces were changing as they could hear the calm music, see Adi Shakti’s eyes for the first time and feel the loving touch of Mother Kundalini inside them.
Some of the people enjoyed so much that they were coming over and over again bringing friends and relations. Of course there were people full of doubt. They could not believe somebody would participate in a fair without expecting any material profit. But after watching us carefully for a while they were won over by our friendly and relaxed manner of treating everyone. So eventually they also got their self-realisation.
Our joy was even greater because people from Turkey, India, Indonesia, Taiwan got their second birth. Some seekers from Kosovo (Serbia) and Albania invited us to make a public programme in their thorn by conflicts countries. We were also stunned by the reaction of a black African: after realising we were not trading anything he concluded, ‘I have never seen such people in my life! You must be saints!’ Well, ….. no comment!
To sum it up we distributed more than 9000 leaflets and approximately half of the people got their self-realisation. We sincerely hope this will give a new push to Sahaja Yoga in Bulgaria.
