Summer Work in Cabella

Dearest Brothers and Sisters,
Introduction
This is the first year that we prepare to receive Shri Mataji in Cabella with Palazzo Doria and Her other properties under the care of the Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga World Foundation. We wanted to take the opportunity to clarify some points which, it seems, have arisen regarding how things should now work in Cabella.
Volunteer and Paid Work
The Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga World Foundation is not the same as Sahaja Yoga. It is a non-profit organisation at the service of Sahaja Yoga. It was founded by Shri Mataji with the specific purpose of promoting and supporting the advancement of the teachings of Shri Mataji and the practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation. In addition, the Foundation is constituted on the assumption that there are people happy and willing to offer their time and labour on a voluntary basis to help ensure the Foundation fulfils its mission. Like other organisations of a similar nature, the Foundation employs a limited number of people to carry out certain jobs. However, this should not be interpreted as meaning that the Foundation does also not need the continued commitment and support of the world collective.
This Summer
Over and above development and maintenance of the properties and the probable hosting of a least one major international puja, this year in Cabella we are also planning a whole range of activities such as the Yuva Shakti seminar, the Nirmala Arts Academy, Daglio Camp etc. Our hope is that people will participate in large numbers so that this summer Cabella becomes a hub of international activity focused on developing our inner, spiritual growth.
Invitation
There are various projects underway which will require volunteer work in Cabella this Summer. We would like to invite all young and/or able-bodied sahaja yogis who want to spend an extended period in Cabella and help out. We are looking for:
1. up to six men who are able to come to Cabella from the end of March for between 2 weeks and 3 months. Board and lodging will be provided.
2. up to 30 men and women who are able to come to Cabella from the beginning of June for between 2 weeks and 3 months. Board and lodging will be provided.
If you are interested please send an email to work@sahajworldfoundation.org. Specify your age, name, sex and nationality, as well as any useful skills you feel you may have. Please note that you will be asked to supply a character reference from your national coordinator or person delegated by him/her.
This is a great opportunity to experience the fun, the joy and the accelerated inner growth of collective life in a place which has become one of the holiest and most vibrated on earth. We look forward to seeing you all there.
