All Sahaji brothers / sisters coming from outside India have to submit their one small size photograph with the Xerox copy of passport at the time of registration in India.
Sahaji brothers / sisters from outside India are requested to pay the Puja Samarpan in India at the Puja Venue.
Accommodation at Tents:
Participants arriving at the Venue prior to the Puja Day can avail the facility of Staying and meals by paying nominal charges of Rs.600/- per person per day. Participants are requested to intimate the Organizing Committee well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Transportation Facility:
We are also providing the transportation facility for foreigners arriving at the New Delhi Airport. The information should be provided before 30th October, 2007. The transport committee will facilitate the participants to reach the Program Venue from New Delhi Airport on payment basis.

Foreign Exchange:
A separate 'Foreign Exchange' stall has been hosted exclusively to cater to the need of all the brothers and sisters coming from abroad to help pursue their foreign exchange transaction from the venue stall counter at Puja site.
