Jai Shri Mataji
On September 21-30, there was held a Sahaja Tour in Germany. Five Sahaja Yogis from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, went to Berlin to conduct Self-Realization Programs. Upon the whole, 13 concerts were held there where about 700 people got their Second Birth. Many people got interested in Sahaja Yoga; several people visited more than one concert. According to the visiting Sahaja Yogis, the vibrational atmosphere at each concert was very good.
There was a young Iranian seeker who visited three concerts. He commented on the first concert in the following way, “I was completely shocked by the fact that real Indian music was being played”. After the concert, “he had to restart his brain”, as he said. At the second concert, he said he needed at least 3 concerts to reinstall his brain. After the third concert, he was moved to tears and concluded that he had understood why he felt so comfortable at the concerts – “because they were singing about God and soul...”
The concerts were held in different places: in neighbouring Communities in the districts Shoneberg and Shteglitz, in the Center for old people in Charlottenburg, in the House for Young People in the problematic district Wedding, in the Alternative Center with not a good history in Berlin-Buh, in an Indian restaurant and in an Italian cafe in Potsdam, in the High School and Elementary School in Karow. There was also a small concert in the house where the Russian Yogis were staying for the neighbours.
Three concerts in front of 450 pupils from the first to sixth grades in the Elementary School in Karow were especially impressive. The children kept quiet and the vibrations were fantastic. After the concert for the 5th and 6th grades, the Yogis found themselves surrounded by pupils who were not sure that they could feel the cool breeze. Thus, for 15 minutes the Yogis were checking the children’s Kundalinis non-stop. There was not anyone without his/her Kundalini up in Sahasrara.
The concerts in the Italian and Indian restaurants were also special events. People had been invited there in advance; leaflets had been distributed. So, the bhajan-group was singing not for chewing-talking people but for newcomers who were listening to them with much attention. In the very beginning, the owner of the Indian restaurant “Asman” in Postdam, an Indian from Kashmir, seemed very much strained. He was not even ready to put away some tables and chairs in order to create space for the audience. But by the last qawwali he had become completely amazed and invited all the musicians to enjoy Indian food. He said that they should come again to perform in his restaurant...
It was so pleasant to see the change in the people’s faces during the concerts. For example, there was one man at the very first concert who looked very skeptical at the beginning and later developed a permanent smile on his face. After the concert, he thanked the musicians for the joy that he had felt.
Music is one of the strongest transmitters of vibrations. And especially in Germany it seems to be useful to open the hearts for Shri Mataji’s message! Thank You, Shri Mataji, for this Tour, for the opportunity to carry Your Divine Message to people!
