Dear brothers and sisters,
People wishing to set up a stall/stand in Cabella are requested to inform us at least a week before the puja weekend. In this way we will be able to set up the stalls with tables chairs and gazebos BEFORE everyone starts arriving.
Please send your request to adrian.angheluta@sahajaworldfoundation.org and include:
Your name
What you want the stall for
If you have any special needs (i.e. a larger that standard stall)
We will not take set up stalls for people who do not book via email.
Who can ask for a stall?
The issue of who is allowed to set up a stall is complex and delicate and we try and manage it with a certain degree of flexibility. Bearing in mind that there are a number of exceptions, the following are general guidelines to the groups which ARE allowed to set up stalls:
1. Initiatives to raise funds for international projects (the Foundation, Borotin, Delhi Orphanage etc.)
2. Initiatives to raise funds for important national projects.
3. Sahaj artists who wish to sell their work.
Please note that, in case of doubt, the General Manager of the Foundation will decide if it is appropriate for someone to set up a stall.
