Transportation Update for Shri Krishna Puja and Shri Ganesha Puja

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We can all feel the love and excitement of the two Pujas in our beings now as yogis travel from all over the world to attend Shri Krishna and Shri Ganesha puja in Cabella. We look forward to meeting each other at the Lotus feet of our Beloved Mother.
For all transport requests please email the Puja Transport Team at KPGPTransportation@gmail.com and please include return details. If you do not need transport for return, please mention it specifically! We need the following details. Please make one entry per Yogi. So, if there are two of you travelling together, enter each yogi’s details separately.

Last date to submit transportation requests for Krishna puja is Monday August 10th, 2009. Last date to submit transportation requests for Ganesha puja is Monday August 17th, 2009. We will not be able to take transportation requests after these cutoff dates, as it would be difficult to arrange transportation at the last minute.

- Pick ups from Malpensa, Linate and Genoa airports will be available from Thursday Morning August 13, 2009.
- Last drop off after Shri Ganesha puja be on Tuesday August 25, 2009.
BERGAMO ARRIVALS:
Yogis arriving at Bergamo Orio al Serio, please provide us your details, but as of yet, we do not have any arrangements. If there are enough yogis arriving, we might make some arrangements around those times and will update you accordingly. But be prepared to take a bus to Milan Central and a train to Arquata Scrivia. We will try to arrange transportation from Arquata Scrivia to Cabella.

MALPENSA ARRIVALS:
If you arrive at Malpensa please wait at the High Fly Café, near Arrivals Point B.

LINATE ARRIVALS:
There is a bar near the International Arrivals, please wait near the bar.
When you arrive at the airport if you don't see any transportation volunteers, please contact Puja Transport Team on mobile +39 346 944 7770 or +39 346 944 7782.
Please also let us know if your flight is delayed, so we can accommodate the change in your flight times. If you have requested transportation from the airport, please do not leave the airport or rent a car.

REQUEST FOR HELP:
If you are 25 years of age or older, know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and would like to help drive a van or car for pick ups or drop offs, please let us know. We will try to keep the workload to less than two trips during the entire weekend for all volunteer drivers. We appreciate your kind help for this very important occasion. In addition to trips to the airport, there may be shuttles to Cabella, etc.
If you are renting your own cars/vans, and have space in your vehicle to accommodate more yogis, please let us know your travel details.
