In the last Adi Shakti Puja we had the opportunity to present to Mother a new book entitled “Sahaj Selfhealing”. This book has been written by a group of Spanish sahaja yogis. It is based on Shri Mataji´s teachings and integrates medical explanations of the diseases and its possible energetic origins with its sahaj treatments.
