Dear Brothers and Sisters,
In just a few days we will be meeting together at Shri Mataji's Lotus Feet in Los Angeles to celebrate the Navaratri and Diwali Pujas. You will find here a few details about the transport and accommodation at the Lake Piru site.
Transport:
URGENT: please do not forget to have your country coordinators register your
group's arrival and departure details AS SOON AS POSSIBLE through the website
which has been set up for this purpose - http://www.theworldsavior.org/navaratri.
This is very important in order to ensure that arrangements are made to pick
up your group. If you are travelling on your own and would like to be picked
up, then please register (or get your co-ordinator to register) your individual
details on the website. If we do not have your arrival and departure details,
we will NOT be able to provide transport to and from the Camp. (If need be,
you can contact Anthony Headlam (from UK) who is co-ordinating transport arrangements
for Navaratri Puja. His e-mail address is: anthony.headlam@uk.ibm.com
You can get further details on the website regarding the meeting place for the
pickups and how to get there. Pickups WILL NOT be made directly at the airport
due to security reasons, but from the Van Nuys Flyaway Bus Station. Each single
trip between LA/Van Nuys and the Camp should around 10$ - to be paid to the
Sahaja driver on the minibus. Details are also available on the website of how
to get to the campsite by road.

Lake Piru: The Lake Piru camp is located at a high mountain lake 8-10
miles away from the nearest town. It is quite cold, particularly at night, so
you should bring enough warm clothing and bedding as well as a camping mattress.
Those who can should also bring their own tents, keeping in mind the possibility
of rain. A torch is also useful to get around easily in the night.
For those who will be staying at the camp between the two Pujas, there will
be a charge of around $27 per day, which includes three meals and overnight
charges. Coupons for meals will be purchased in advance during your registration.
Please note that Puja amounts (Friday to Sunday), transport fares and the extra
days food and stay are to be paid in US$ only.
Between Pujas: If you were wondering what to do between the two Pujas,
don't worry, Shri Mataji has thought of everything. It is proposed that the
yogis should go into Los Angeles and give spontaneous realisation in the parks,
marketplaces etc. The English will bring some of their 'portable realisation'
equipment and information leaflets. If you also have English language information
handouts for new people, please bring them too.
This presents a wonderful opportunity for us to share the vibrations of Navaratri
Puja with the Californian people, giving them the chance to know their Divine
Mother and experience their very own inner joy.
Help Required: We are requesting all those from hosting countries to
kindly bring their driving licence and be prepared to share occasionally in
the driving of the shuttle minibuses or other transport if the driving teams
cannot manage.

the land of Shri Krishna.
