Dear brothers and sisters,
Thank to your purest desire, your constant daily vibratory support, and, most of all, through the overflowing Grace of Our Mother, we have been able to get the best situation to realise the dream of Christmas Puja in Rome. It has been the loving power of your bandhans that led us to get an "impossible" deal with the best Hotel in Rome. Actually, the place where Our Divine Mother and we all will stay during the holy week won't be the Sheraton Golf, but the Marriott Park Hotel instead.
Now a brief description of the hotel: it is the best in Rome, it is really close to Fiumicino International Airport, and it has the greatest conference hall in Europe! We would just like to add that at the entrance there's a huge beatiful painting with angels carrying a cross of light, and the that the hall it is called "Michelangelo". Honesty, looks like it has been built to host the Christmas Puja in Rome! But, most of all, it is the most prestigious and comfortable place for Our Mother, She will have the best possible suite in Rome, and She could come, when She wants, to enjoy the evening programs only using the elevator. So we decided, and we are confident that you all will agree, to make a little sacrifice, to pay a little bit more (7 euros a day), but guarantee to Our Mother the best accommodation.

1) PRICES
a) HOTEL RATES
From 25th December, dinner to 1st January:
87 euros x day Adults full board;
30 euros x day Children (3-15 years) full board;
Free Children from 0 to 3
We invite you to consider that for families this deal is much better than the previous one, because it is true that an adult spend 7 euros more x night, but a family saves 15 euros x night for each child.
For the ones who don’t stay at the hotel:
Single meal (lunch or dinner) 20 euros;
We inform all the brothers and sisters who will arrive before the 25th or will stay also after the 1st that unfortunately the hotel rates in those days will be the ordinary ones, more or less 180 euros x day
b) CHRISTMAS PUJA PRICE
120 euros Adults Western Countries;
65 euros Yuva Shakti/ Students and Adults Less Developed Countries;
c) MARRIAGE CEREMONY
550 euros x couple.
d) NEW YEAR’S CELEBRATION
temporarily 21 euros (the price could increase, decrease or be even cut down, it depends by the number of real reservations and by the amount of incomes as a cover for the organization expenses)
2) RESERVATION
One must reserve his place within and not beyond the November 30 th , The reservation will be done through a website that the Marriott Hotel management is preparing just for our event (it is still under construction, it will be ready on next Tuesday November 24th).
We accept reservations in this hotel (the same one where H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi will stay) until a max number of 1100 bedplaces.
Once that we reached this limit, we will inform you about other deals with other hotels.
Considering that the adhesions we collected are already 1300, we suggest you to reserve your place as soon as the website will be on-line. We will inform you immediately about it.
3) PAYMENT MODALITY
a) HOTEL FULL BOARD
By credit card, directly from the Marriott website committed to our event;
By bank transfer (next days we will communicate the hotel’s IBAN);
b) HOTEL (ONLY MEALS WITHOUT ACCOMODATION)

Only in euros cash, directly to the Sahaj Reception in the hotel since the 25th;
4) RULES AND REGULATIONS
We are sorry that we have to underline some demands from the hotel management, for many of you all the following clarifications will sound dispensable, but for informative completeness we will tell the scheduled rules of behaviour:
- We are not allowed to cook or eat any food in the rooms;
- We are not allowed to use any treatment (from matka to ajwan, from three candles to footsoak) in the rooms;
- We are not allowed to keep any burning flame in the rooms(for example not even for the altar);
- We are not allowed to host in our rooms people who didn’t reserve for themselves a bedplace;
- All the ones who will pay an hotel service (from the full board to the single meal) will get a badge, that will indicate which service the person can enjoy.
To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, and also to prevent that unknown people may trespass in our meetings, we are kindly requested to wear the badge inside the hotel (like we do in sahaj camp during India Tours).
Obviously, we won’t be in our hangar, so we must show the maximum respect, out of respect towards the name of Our Mother, for the hotel frame, avoiding behaviours that may damage or spoil it.
So, we kindly invite especially all the parents to look after very carefully their children behaviour, because whatever damage of any kind (from the moquette floor to the garden or the walls) will economically fall down on VND, but, most of all, morally will fall down on Sahaja Yoga and Shri Mataji’s name.
5) CANCEL RESERVATION
It is possible to cancel the reservation within and not beyond 15th December. Beyond this date one would pay a fine at least equal to the price of one night in the hotel. If the person who intends cancel his reservation will find someone who will replace him, he won’t be fined.
6) PROGRAM
The program will be as follows:
- 25th: collective Merry Christmas to Shri Mataji;
- 26th Holy Christmas Puja;
- 27th sahaj marriages couples introduction
- 28th Ceremony of the Sahaj Marriage
- 29th, 30th Public Programs, with indian classical music concerts, and conferences about Sahaja Yoga and Medicine, official introduction of Shri Mataji's books "Meta Modern Era", finally published in all Italians bookshops.
- 31st New Year's Celebration
As already said, every day there will be several sahaj activities to vibrate the city of Rome. Especially during the collective moments, staying under the same roof of the Divine, we would like to focus on meditation, to enjoy much more the silence than the speeches or the conferences, to reach, through all the different techniques, the essence of Sahaj.

Getting a Visa for Italy
Please check in advance with your local Italian consulate or embassy whether you need a visa to come to Italy to attend the pujas in Rome. If you do, be aware that the timeframes for providing visas in some countries can be quite long and make sure you apply in due time.
You can find here a list of all the Italian Consulates and Embassies around the world.
In order to apply for visa, you might need an invitation which will be issued in the name of the World Foundation. To request for such invitation please send an email to visas@sahajaworldfoundation.org This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it providing the following information:
- Consulate or embassy where you will apply
- Name and surname as written on passport
- Your date of birth
- Passport number
- Expiry date of passport
- Date of arrival and of departure from Italy
- Fax number where you wish to receive the invitation (or email for a scanned copy)
- Fax number of visa section of the consulate/embassy where you will apply
In some cases the consulate or embassy might ask for the original signed letter of invitation. Please specify it in advance, if that's the case. We will send it through registered post or courier at your cost.
Please send group invitations through a local coordinator whenever possible. Individual invitations should be sent to us with copy to your local or country coordinators.
