Would you like to learn English in Cabella this summer?
Would you like to understand Shri Mataji’s talks better, enjoy the international collective more and feel comfortable giving Self Realisation in English?

We are planning two weeks of English study in the period leading up to Guru Puja. Come and join us for one or even both weeks.
Week one: Sunday 11th July to Friday 16th July
Week two: Sunday 18th July to Friday 23rd July
Each week you will receive 20 hours of lessons (4 hours a day), 1 hour of supervised homework/study every day and after dinner each evening there will be an activity in English before meditation and bhajans.
Lessons will be held in the classrooms of the Cabella International Sahaja School.
Teachers are fully qualified and experienced, as well as being Sahaja Yogis. Our desire is to share a memorable and deep time together full of meditations, vibrations and love as well as, of course, plenty of learning.
Food and Accommodation
You can choose either to camp in or near the hangar or you can book a bed in a dormitory in Centrassi. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in Centrassi for all participants.
Cost
You will be asked to make a donation to the Foundation of:
- not less than 150 euro per week if you arrange your own food and accommodation
- not less than 250 euro per week if you choose to camp by the hangar
- not less than 325 euro if you choose to stay in Centrassi.
Naturally you are encouraged to give more if you can. After costs have been covered, any surplus will be given to help finance the projects of the World Foundation.
Travel and Visas
You are expected to organise your own travel to and from Cabella. If you need an invitation letter for a visa please write to visas@sahajaworldfoundation.org.
Registration
Please note that you may register for the courses only if your are 16 years of age or older. If you are less than 18, you will need the permission of your parents.
