Dear sisters and brothers,
As you know, the Cabella World Festival between Krishna and Ganesha Puja is coming up. There are no ‘hosting countries for the festival, so everyone will be both host and participant. Our aim is to try and create a truly global atmosphere of collaboration, love and mutual support.
If you are going to be in Cabella, please note that we will be meeting on the Sunday morning of Krishna Puja, 29th August, to organise ourselves and split up into teams looking after the various jobs that need doing. The meeting is at 11:00 am in front of the hangar.
If you will be arriving later and cannot attend the meeting, please find out for your self who the various team leaders are and join and offer them your help. The teams have provisionally been divided as follows:
- Managing the day & evening programme team already complete
- Audio and Video team already complete
- Stage preparation and Shri Mataji’s bathroom help needed
- Medical team help needed (doctors & nurses only)
- Sale of food vouchers help needed
- Car park management & security help needed
- Camp & hangar cleaning help needed
- Rubbish management help needed
- Cleaning toilets team already complete
- Foundation Shop management help needed
- Help desk help needed
For the cooking everyone is expected to help, whether they are a volunteer or not. Each day a different group of countries will take charge.

- Tuesday 31/08: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Japan, Poland, Slovakia, Vietnam, Ukraine, Philippines, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Libya
- Wednesday 01/09: Australia, Africa, Denmark, Hungary, Israel, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, the Baltics, Switzerland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Malta
- Thursday 02/09: Netherlands, Cyprus, Greece, Indonesia, New Zealand, Romania, Thailand, UAE, Bahrain
- Friday 03/09: France, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Portugal, Slovenia, Taiwan, Turkey, Oman, Bhutan, South Korea
