Dear brothers and sisters,
With regard to the invitation to the Birthday Puja in Cabella, we would like to correct the original message with regard to Guru Dakshina.
It was our deepest fortune, one that we will cherish for all time to come that we had the honor and privilege of recognizing our Guru and with complete humility and protocol offering Dakshina to Her during Her lifetime while She walked this earth. Unfortunately while She is eternal and everlasting, this opportunity to offer Guru Dakshina is no longer available to us anymore.
It would be inappropriate to collect money in Shri Mataji’s name, and then use it for purposes other than simply offering it to Her, because it is given out of the love and devotion that Sahaja Yogis feel for our Holy Mother. It would be equivalent to collecting money in God’s name, which is something we would never want to do. If we collect money, it will be in the name of the project or purpose for which it will be used.
Our deep desire in inviting everyone to this Puja is to come together in deep devotion for our Mother and love for each other, and to allow the celebration of Her birth, the greatest event in the history of humanity, to help us conquer the sorrow of Her passing away. The coincidental timing of the puja is as if Mother is showing us how to overcome our deep sense of loss and unite in the deep confidence that She will always be with us, omnipresent through Her divine vibrations.
Participation at the Puja will cost 50 euro, plus the price of meals.
You will also be invited to support Mother’s projects through a voluntary donation to the World Foundation, in particular:
- The Cabella School
- Tape Preservation
- The upkeep of the Cabella Properties
