At the first alternative medicine fair in Taipei, the Sahaja Yogi brothers and sisters were presented with a perfect opportunity to spread Mother's message.
The venue was the World Trade Center in Taipei and the home of various International
Trade exhibitions. With the help of a visiting yogi from Hong Kong whose brother
was exhibiting at the show, we were able to set up flags and pictures next to
some escalators at the side of the main floor.
As soon as we "set up shop" and started giving realisation one on
one, people started queueing up to receive their blessings from Shri Mataji.
So much so that exhibitors in adjacent booths started to complain. The organisers
had to do something, but having had their realisation themselves, they must
have been guided by their Kundalinis as we were able to get an unused booth
all to our selves that was even better for us. What's more, we got the booth
Free!
Now we could set up an alter and chairs so people could join us for group sessions.
Here the Taiwanese Yogis - some only a few months in SY themselves, were able
to give realisation to between 8 and 15 seekers at a time. This worked a treat
as people were stopping by to see what was going on allowing our team of yogis
and yoginis to offer a complimentary leaflet and encourage them to join us so
they to could feel the divine love of Mother.
Up to 500 seekers stopped by and got their realisation over 4 days. Over 2000
leaflets were given out. The joy was bubbling over and that alone caused some
people passing by to stop and see what the fuss was all about. Why were there
so many smiling people and why were so many people crowding round this booth
with this picture of an Indian lady? All who stopped by were given the chance
to find out first hand what was going on.
Also, almost all the neighboring booth staffers came buy and got their realisation.
This made the corner of the exhibition area where our booth have an almost carnival
atmosphere. Shri Mataji blessed us with a golden opportunity to reach a lot
of seekers at one time and all involved were able to dive right in and spend
a thoroughly enjoyable time doing Mother's work: Giving others the awakening
that we all had so that they too could get the chance to discover the wonders
that Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has bestowed upon Humanity.
