There have been many requests for some factual information about NIPC of which there is a summary below.
NIPC is registered in the USA as a Delaware corporation.
The general purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware. This Corporation is a nonprofit corporation.
The purposes of this corporation are exclusively religious within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
The inspiring force behind the formation of this corporation is the most revered and Divine Mother, Param Pujyaniya, Shri Adi Shakti Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi. Shri Mataji has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people all over the world by giving them self realization through the practice of Sahaja Yoga. Shri Mataji is the example, the ideal and the source of all inspiration in what this corporation accomplishes. This corporation is wholly dedicated to the task of carrying forward the work of Shri Mataji and guided by Her wisdom, direction and teachings.
The specific purpose of this corporation is to facilitate and support the activities and efforts of reproducing and distributing, all over the world, the written, audio and visual records of the life and teachings of Shri Mataji (Her Works), either directly or through licensing or other appropriate arrangements; taking all necessary and appropriate action for the technical protection and preservation of the Works; taking all necessary and appropriate action to hold and protect such intellectual property rights to the Works and such trademarks, trade names, service marks and goodwill as may come into the possession of the corporation through donation by Shri Mataji or otherwise.

Nirmala Vidya LLC
Late last Year a limited liability company, Nirmala Vidya LLC was formed as a subsidiary of NIPC with the purpose to carry out the operational functions of NIPC.
The Board of Nirmala Vidya comprise of:

The mission of Nirmala Vidya is to:
- Ensure that the Intellectual property is properly preserved, protected, defended and maintain for all time
- Ensure that the Work of Shri Mataji is preserved, reproduced and distributed broadly throughout the world
- Defend, develop and utilize the trademarks in order to ensure that the teachings and message of Shri Mataji are propagated throughout the world in perpetuity
Nirmala Vidya is working with different teams (Preservation and production, legal, communication, web-development, multimedia) of Sahaja Yogis’ around the world to fulfill the mission and to make it a collective endeavor.
